Meet Samantha (& Kaizer!)

I’m Samantha Oyler, the founder of Maternal Menace. I’m a pediatric sleep coach, but more importantly, I’m a mom who’s been in your shoes. My journey started out of necessity when mine and my own son’s sleep struggles pushed me to ditch the standard advice and find real solutions that actually worked.

As an AuDHD mom raising an autistic son, I know how frustrating and isolating it feels when "traditional" parenting tips just don't fit your family. After a year of trial, error, and a whole lot of research, I finally found a rhythm that worked for us—and I realized so many other parents were stuck in that same cycle of exhaustion without the right support.

I started Maternal Menace to change that. My goal is to give you practical sleep strategies that actually honor your family’s reality, helping you trade that daily chaos for a little more calm.

On top of that, I’m all about sharing free resources to make things easier, like printable planners, sensory-friendly visual aids, and quick life guides to help you get organized and keep your day-to-day running smoothly.
